In the old country, meals were a special time to gather the family around the table and share the days events, memories, and bountiful meals.
At Old Country Bakery, we believe that the family comes first and the old country traditions are a vital part of our lives today. For generations, we have been making Povitica, a Croatian-style Cake Bread. Our Povitica Classic is made according to a generations-old family recipe. Our hand stretched sweet dough is filled with fresh fruit, healthy nuts, and other fine and fresh ingredients.
Our Povitica Classic is made fresh at our bakery in Lenexa, Kansas. Each and every loaf of our Poviticia Classic Sweet Gourmet Bread is guaranteed to delight your taste buds and bring a sense of “Old Country” charm to your table.
